Tortilla Flats is by far my favorite place in town! I've been going to the flats since I was a kid, and I have gotten just about everything on the menu. The chicken mole, enchiladas, tostada, margaritas, and banana cream pie are all my favorites.\r
The price is fair, and I definitely recommend Tortilla Flats to all my friends. Tips to other customers - go on Tapas night - it's a great deal!\r
