My wife and I were directed to KOL Granite because we belong to a buying club and would receive a huge discount off their top of the line product. After reading other reviews, I was concerned for two reasons. First, because of our discount, would we receive top notch service and second, because of the negative reviews already written. Well, we are very glad we had KOL do the work. They were very professional from the first appointment to the completed work. I had made several stops to look at our choice of granite and asked numerous questions. Every question and concern we had was answered politely and thoroughly. I would highly recommend using KOL.
