My wife and I were directed to KOL Granite because we belong to a buying club and would receive a huge discount off their top of the line product. After reading other reviews, I was concerned for two reasons. First, because of our discount, would we receive top notch service and second, because of the negative reviews already written. Well, we are very glad we had KOL do the work. They were very professional from the first appointment to the completed work. I had made several stops to look at our choice of granite and asked numerous questions. Every question and concern we had was answered politely and thoroughly. I would highly recommend using KOL. more

The people in this company are all inexperienced and impolite. The lady at the customer service was very insincere and kept cutting me off, they arrived late.. where the counter was installed, the glue dried leaving a white line and yet they told me "oh it will dry clear, don't worry".. very deceptive....save your money guys and go elsewhere..:( more

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND GRANITE 12/3/2010

Overcharged!! I should have shopped around. They arrrived late and could not even finish the job in the time slot that THEY themselves gave me!! Thy left tiny holes in the granite installed next to the refrigerator and then justified it by saying "oh that's fine"\r NEVER would recommed.. Terrible service more

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY 10/19/2010

Do not go with Kol Marble and Granite, they are rude, impolite, and does not do what they promise, very dishonest, made a huge mess from the front entrance all the way up to my kitchen. Scratched walls, and banisters, cracked the front door. The sink they install is of the cheapest material. They overcharge on plumbing!\r would never recommend even to my worst enemy!! more

Beware, this is a fraud company..I had my worst countertop job done by this company, customer service is extremely rude, very dishonest company managers.. save your money... not worth it more

Very nice professional staff. They redo your countertops at a reasonable cost.Very large selection and they are fast with their appointment times. You are comfortable with their employees in your home. more
