We've been using Florence Carpet and Tile for 16 years. We built the house 16 years ago and they did the floor. They're very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. When they say they're going to do something, they'll come, they'll do it. We've used them for carpets, for rugs and this time, we used them for granite for the kitchen.
