Review content:
I had a very positive experience with Florence Carpet and Tile. They did the hardwood flooring in our master bedroom, as well as carpet all throughout the rest of the house. When I went in there to look for the flooring, they had a large selection of high quality.
The people who did the installation were great. They were arrived on time, which means a lot to me because punctuality is important. They were also polite and not scared off by our dogs, which was a big plus. They also went out of their way and sent someone from the store to help move the furniture. They did a good job of taking care of everything that needed to be done, and they took no shortcuts.
Overall they did a wonderful job. The hardwood floor in the bedroom looks superb, and the carpet is gorgeous. It's also nice and cushy under your feet. This was my first time using Florence Carpets and Tile, and I would absolutely use them again.
