Every time that my husband and I have gone to this dentist, we have been billed by the dentist....even for services that were supposed to be 100% covered by our insurance. I highly suspect insurance fraud from this practice as I am not alone in this poor billing practice. They have a great new office, but it's rare to even see the dentist at all. My last two visits for cleanings, I didn't even see the dentist and I doubt he was there at all because my appointment was during lunch time. My husband was told he had 5 cavities last time he went there and he just tried a brand new dentist today only to find that she didn't see ANY cavities at all. Dr. Chet Gray always seems to be looking for something and billing outrageous amounts for it. We've switched dentists and are very glad to have done so.
