My family quit going here due to repeated billing mistakes. The office staff was not submitting the bill to our insurance correctly (this happened three times over a year and a half). They would send me rude letters asking for payment. I would call and ask them to resubmit to my insurance, because my insurance said they were billed wrong. Every time the office staff blamed my insurance, and I would spend hours on the phone going back and forth trying to get the payments. Once a man hung up on me. Every time I was told I would get a call back, but didn't. Once I was told to pay while they sorted the problem out with insurance and they would reimburse me after they got paid. That was after I had gone through this twice with them already. I was happy with Dr. Gray's care, but his billing staff ran me off.
