Review content:
Recently I have had three different service men work on
my humidification and heating system and I am of the opinion
that all of these gentlemen lacked the necessary training
and or skill to solve all of the issues at hand. The third person was an improvement over the first but was not up to par. This gentleman declared that my non functional humidifier was
not wired properly and needed to be rewired . I told him that
the unit was installed and wired by Verde -Sol - Air and it
had been functional for a couple of years. He did the
rewiring but needless to say the humidifier remained
non functional. The same individual spent a very long time
investing a thermostat to no a vail.
Your foreman Richard has been and is outstanding in every
way. He understands the issues and is very responsive and
I like dealing with him, However, it seems to me that your current service personnel are not up to the standards of earlier people like a Tim who was with your company in the past and
did a lot of work at my home.
