Worst

Our cooler went out. Within 1 day of approval they come out at 7 am and had the job done. We not only recommend them, we would not accept anyone else.

timely, complete, friendly service 12/18/2018

The technician arrived at the appointed time, after being shown the equipment location, he went to work and completed the annual HVAC unit service and reported that all was well with the unit. We also were given a nice discount so overall great service at very reasonable rate. Thanks to Verde Sol Air. Gary T. more

Excellent service 10/24/2018

My heater went out in Happy Jack, which is about an hour drive from Verde Sol-Air. They suggested to pair my service call with another resident's so that we could split the trip charge. They also agreed to make the second trip the same way and to do it on a Saturday when I would be there. Great service, friendly people and reasonable prices. I had a wonderful experience! more

Fixed the problem 8/24/2018

My AC developed a cracked condensation pan, which resulted in water draining into the garage. Initially diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line (and it pretty much was), but the problem persisted. They responded promptly when I let them know that the problem was still there, and waived the service call fee. Nice to have a dry garage again! more

Conscientious service 8/11/2018

I am in the process of having my 13 yr old heating and air-conditioning changed over to heat pumps (since I now generate more power than I consume from my new solar array). Verde SolAir is doing the work. Since i am now mostly retired I can "supervise" their work. Everything has not always gone perfectly with every effort, but they keep working on the problems until they are resolved. They appear to have a good team, and they seem to care about their work product and my satisfaction. more
