I've been going to Bill's Automotive for over 20 years. They never try to get you to have more work on your vehicle than what it needs. They'll give you options on how to best repair your vehicle. Their prices are always good - many times the final bill is less than the estimate. The vehicle is always ready on time (unless there's a back-order on a part or something out of the shop's control). This was my latest good experience with Bill's Automotive - On Dec. 3, 2015 my car started running really rough and I wasn't far from Bill"s Automotive. I stopped in to have a mechanic look at it. Ed looked at it right away and said I could leave it there (without an appointment) and he'd work it in. This was on a Thursday and there were a lot of cars already there to be worked on, and I didn't schedule the repair, so I figured he wouldn't get to it until Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Ed on Friday (Dec. 4) saying it was done! Thank you Ed! You're awesome!
