We can always count on Bill's to be honest and have integrity. They don't make up unnecessary repairs and in fact try to give you more time with your car before having to spend a larger amount. They seem to understand how stressful major repairs can be financially and do their best to keep the cost down for you. That is really important to us. Our cars always come back problem fixed. We won't be going anywhere else. more

OIl Change and Check Engine Light 4/14/2016

I needed an oil change and to have someone check a "check engine soon" light that kept coming on and off. They could have easily told us we needed $$$$ in repairs, but didn't. They thought it may have been from a lose gas cap. We only paid for an oil change. I feel very confident, you're not going to pay for work you don't need when we drop off a vehicle. more

I have confidence that my car is carefully checked and preventive maintenance is performed. My oil change was efficiently done and my battery was replaced to avoid problems this summer. more

Missing oil cap 4/1/2016

Late Wednesday evening my "Check VSC" light came on. My son discovered that the oil cap was missing. It may just not have been tightened properly when the oil was changed, or it may not have been replaced at all. We were able to get to Auto Zone before it closed and buy a new one, and there was still plenty of oil, so there wasn't any real harm done, but it's something you'll want to watch. But, as always, I appreciated the prompt service. more

We had a new top placed on our convertible. The top was put on by Gravois Auto Top. The top is okay. The service not so much. Anyway, we received the car back and the top went down and did not come back up. The though of going back there gave me a sick stomach for a number of reasons. I called Ed. He is our go to man. He said he never did this, would look it up and figure it out. He did. My two daughters will go nowhere else. When my twins were younger sometimes they would be at home while we were in our summer place, if their cars had a problem, Ed fixed them and sent them on their way and I called in our credit card number. To give you an idea how much I love this place we have been going there for 25 years and we carry AAA 200 plus miles because I don't trust anyone else to work on our cars. Great Service 1/23/2016

I have been taking my 2005 Toyota to the dealer where I bought it since 2005. I've spent thousands of dollars on my general maintenance bills there. Since coming to Bills my repair bills have been lowered substantially and my car runs great. The dealer did all kinds of extra things that I admit were nice but not really necessary and when you live in a fixed income are just to pricey. Love Bills and am grateful for a car that runs well and is dependable. more
