Review content:
This is the worst storage unit in Marianna. You will do yourself good by going somewhere else. The bugs are awful and when you complain, you will be told that it is "your responsibility" to maintain the inside of your unit, even if it's an outside problem! They will bill you with inconsistent dates until you are a month behind. The woman behind the desk is NOT the owner, however is the MOST rude individual I have ever met in a business. In fact, I had another storage place tell me they liked having her there b/c it increased their business with so many leaving. The owners of Pack Rat would do themselves good if they surveyed people who left along with local storage's to find out if they have the same visceral response! The storage units DO NOT require special locks. They just don't want to be bothered by the use of a "common lock system". They need to change management and do something about the rodents. Is there a negative 10 scale in which to place these people???
