Pack-Rat Storage Of Marianna

This is the worst storage unit in Marianna. You will do yourself good by going somewhere else. The bugs are awful and when you complain, you will be told that it is "your responsibility" to maintain the inside of your unit, even if it's an outside problem! They will bill you with inconsistent dates until you are a month behind. The woman behind the desk is NOT the owner, however is the MOST rude individual I have ever met in a business. In fact, I had another storage place tell me they liked having her there b/c it increased their business with so many leaving. The owners of Pack Rat would do themselves good if they surveyed people who left along with local storage's to find out if they have the same visceral response! The storage units DO NOT require special locks. They just don't want to be bothered by the use of a "common lock system". They need to change management and do something about the rodents. Is there a negative 10 scale in which to place these people??? more

Don't store your stuff here. Aside from the roaches and mice (both alive and dead) that I found in my unit when I vacated, I found them to be of ill character.\r \r The owners are often found at the counter. But God help us if we do business with any hired help. One of these non-owner employees was there when I checked inI went to the storage facility and asked for a 5x5 locker. I was given a 5x10 space instead. She said that was all they had. I was told that I had to buy these specialized locks from them because they were the only locks that would fit the doors. When I arrived at the locker, I realized any one of my 30 normal locks would have worked just fine. I paid a couple of months in advance. After about 3 months, I noticed that I had not received a bill so I stopped by to ask why. They had entered my address in the system incorrectly. The owner was there. She seemed very upset at me because I was only paying for a 5x5 but was using a 5x10. When I explained that I hadn more
