I hope the people that are running this place has all the bad luck a family can receive.They don't care about anyone.They are rude smartass people and are absolutly not concerned over the rising water rates, it all boils down to the old man that is still in control even in retirement and none of the board members has the balls to stand up to him and work for the poor people.They know its not them living on a fixed income and can't even afford water so what the hell.Curses to the lot of you.I HATE HALLSDALE POWELL AND ESPECIALLY THE OLD MAN THAT WILL ANSWER FOR HIS DOINGS TO A GREATER POWER .This just in they cut off my sisters water a 67 yr old handicap grandmother taking care of her mentally handicap grandson all alone and she just moved to the area and her bill was due on the 3rd she had to wait until she got her check so she sent money order on the 4th and they were there on the 4th and turned off her water I found her crying and I turned water back on until Monday I HATE THEM I HOP
