I have to believe that the rates that Hallsdale-Powell Utility charges have to be illegal. Does anyone know where we can start to file an official complaint with the state of Tennessee? I guess we can start by writing our congressman, because right now my husband and I are both working and can pay the ridiculous bill. However, I know that there are many folks that would not be able to pay for the outrageous water/sewer bill. We are starting to think of moving outside of the area since we are going to be retiring soon, and may not be able to fit "WATER in Halls" in our budget!!!! Wow! I can?t believe how much this company charges.
