Review content:
From setting my appointment to the crew coming on the wrong day to the move, the experience has been horrible. My boxes labeled fragile were carelessly dumped into larger boxes by the crew. They filled a large box full of breakable smaller boxes and crushed a lamp. I had to remind them a number of times that my things were breakable. They took apart my furniture and failed to put it back together for me at the new location even though I had been assured it would be re-assembled. I have yet to unpack all of my boxes but based on what I have unpacked so far I'm having nightmares as to what may have happened to my belongs.
