I took my dog to kennelwood at page/lindbergh. He was perfectly healthy when I dropped him off. I picked him up a few days later. His bark was high pitched and he kept coughing. I was told by the manager that this was 'normal' , touting that his voice was high because he had been barking at the other dogs and lost his 'voice'. I didn't buy it. went to the vet where he was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. After talking to kennelwood about said problem, the only thing they would do for me was to refund half of his stay. I'm sorry, but my dog was fine and then stays with kennelwood and gets sick. I think they should do better than that. At least pay for the vet bill. All in all, not happy with kennelwood, or the way they handled the situation. won't go there again!
