Review content:
I've spent a lot of money on purchases at their store whether it was perennials, annuals, or seasonal decor. So it was disappointing to me when 1 day I bought $200 worth of perennials and when they all died they wouldn't even exchange the dead plants for new ones. I understand their policy, but I do not agree with it. There should be a 1-year return policy on all perennials. In Michigan, where the weather is unpredictable and where our last couple winters have been mild there is no reason for these plants to be dying. Wiegands needs to stand by their products and not just for a few months. I purchased my perennials in 2015 and we had up to Sept 1st of that year to return any plants. My plants were all doing great until the following spring came and everything was dead. I notified them but since it was past the policy date of Sept. 1 they wouldn't do anything about it. Any great business stands by their product and would help the customer in any way in order to keep them as a customer. Very disappointing.
