I would probably do a different Chem dry area next time and not Barr Chem-Dry. Part of it is because they were so late and by the time they got in we were in a full rain storm. He said that they could come in and drag in the wet hose and leaves but they were really late, like 2 hours late, or the other option was to reschedule on Christmas Eve and of course I did not want the leaves and the wet hose during the storm, so if they didn't have a problem with scheduling we wouldn't have had that problem to begin with.
I also noticed the workers smoke and other things and I know I have a strong nose but between the work that they laid and the smokey smell I wasn't too satisfied. I realize that it was a busy time of year when they came and we have had them in the past and really like them, I just wouldn't use this franchise again, I would use a different one.
