Barr Chem-Dry managed to get the carpet--with stains and an odor--that hadn't been cleaned in 14 years looking like brand new. It was my first time using them and we will absolutely use them again. They took care of the problem, cleaning two upstairs bedrooms and the staircase. The carpet dried in a couple of hours.
Their prices were excellent: they charged by the square foot, not by the room. The techs assessed the condition of the carpet and told me what they would do that would fit within the square-foot package. Their technicians were professional and I didn't have to monitor them. They also helped me and moved one of the beds out of a room.
