Juan did an excellent job and was very professional. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed me things in my system that no one else had ever shown to me. With no pressure, I was convinced that this system was doomed for failure. That is why we opted to replace it. I was quite disappointed, however, when I was hoping for a rebate of anywhere from $800 to $1000 that Juan hoped it could get for me, but at the end, it did not happen. This would have been very helpful as the $6880 price for the new system was totally unexpected. We are retired and living on fixed income. Is there any possibility that this could still happen? We would really appreciate the help. Thank you.
