Service dept is rude and trying to take advantage of young woman.\r

My daughter and her lil child were traveling south of the Hammond area and broke down just south of this dealership in her 08" Chevorlet Aveo. at 5am Jan 5th.\r
Ross Downing was the closest Chev Dealer. The car was taking there that morning. They told her they would call her when they knew something. When they didnt call, she had to make arrangements to spend the night out of town.\r
Mid morning Jan 6th, still no call she got a ride back to the dealer ship and they told her they still hadnt had time to look at her vehicle. \r
Later in the afternoon they told her they had put it on the OBD and it had a bunch of codes they would have to figure out. (?? I thought this was a dealership service dept) ... \r
A few hours later that same afternoon, Kevin finally called and said that her air filter needed changing, throttle body needed cleaning and coke was spilled on her shifter so it needed work. Parts and Labor would
