I went in to see a pre-owned Yukon. The salesman was very nice and when I pointed out some deep scratches with a really bad touch up job I was told "no problem, we will get that fixed". I came in and purchased the vehicle even though the scratches were not yet fixed because I was assured by the Sales Manager, Steve Olave, that as I purchased it "in good faith" that they would make sure I was completely satisified with the vehicle before I took it home. Well, big surprise ... I got the call that it was ready to be picked up but the sales manager said they were NOT going to fix the scratches, and if I wasn't satisfied with the vehicle he would give me my money back as he was certain that someone would purchase the vehicle!! So, because Mr. Olave did not find if financially feasible to uphold his commitment to satisfying his excisting customer, Ross Downing has now lost 4 sales: My husbands, my brother and 2 friends who were all considering this dealership.
