My name is William Wilson 213 Michigan Street Rochester, New York - I received service to unclog my basement sewer drain. Invoice # 181592 on 03/28/2016. Mr. John McDermott came on 03/27/2016 originally and spent 3.5 hrs using a snake which did not solve the problem He explained the various options, apologized for not completing the job but guaranteed to return the next morning. John was courteous, friendly and was successful by using a Jet Spray method. We unfortunately are making arrangements to eulogize our daughter and this problem was very stressful. John was compassionate and empathized with our sorrow. We have used Roto-Rooter services several years and we are very pleased.
