I have been to see Dr. Garcia twice and she has been great. Energetic, knowledgeable, doesn't keep me waiting, etc. Her office staff, on the other hand, is terrible. The first time I went to Dr. Garcia, her front desk staff overcharged my Flex spending card by $400 and they said they weren't able to refund the funds that day. I had to call back on a later day to get the card refunded which took way longer than it should have. Not to mention, it was paperwork nightmare with my Flex account and it took months to sort it out. The front office staff was also openly and audibly gossiping about other patients . I ordered contacts and told them to ship them to my work...well, they ended up shipping them to their office and I had to go pick them up. On my 2nd trip, a year later, I ordered more contacts to ship to my work and they told me they would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Over two weeks later I call to check the status.
