Arnold & Sons Plumbing have worked with us several times.
One time they fixed water pipes in our heating unit that was leaking. That was the first time they were here and they fixed the pipe alright but along the way with the blow torch they ruined a piece on the basement. Next time they came in they put a garbage disposal in and we had to call the company afterwards because the machine didn't work. So, the manufacturer sent somebody else and put in a new one in. That wasn't not necessarily Arnold's fault because it was a machine that wasn't made by them. Then the last time they were here they put in a piece in the heater but overall, I would give them 3 stars. They have done some repairs without any issues too, they put in a water heater in and it was fine for about 12 years then they came and fixed it.
They seem to be very expensive. They come in and look at the job and they give you a cost and if you want them to do it you pay the cost. If they are too high, then you don't use them. Frankly, we used them in an emergency, they are not our regular plumber because there is some good work and then there is some so so work. Last time we had an emergency and to be honest, I called 4 plumbers and they were the only ones that came. I only use them for emergencies.
