I have been using Arnold and Sons Plumbing for a number of years on a number of jobs. I have used them so much that they almost feel like family. They are very good people. I am extremely comfortable with them all, and I am comfortable having them in my home. They respect me, and my property. They have been good to my house. They do good work and have been able to fix a variety of issues for me. Our house is about 57 years old and we had, had a three inch backup in our sewer system. A plumber from Arnold and Sons came in, evaluated the situation, told me what to do, and gave me a schedule and pricing. He was also very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He took the time to explain the work and do it correctly.
On another occasion I had been having issues with my garbage disposal. It wasn't working properly and it was making an awful noise. Arnold came over and cleaned it out. I had wanted to purchase a new one, but he advised that I didn't need to since he fixed it and declared that it would work just fine. I really appreciated that he was protecting me, and not trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. He and his employees have their customer's best interests in mind.
