Review content:
I had a nice young man here from Arnold & Sons, by the name of Brian I believe, and I was pleased with what he did. It was very good service, and I even liked the office help telling me when he was going to arrive, if he was going to be on time, and so on. They made a good impression with me.
The service was fine. As far as I can tell, I had no problems. He was here and had it done, and I was well satisfied. I liked and trusted this young man. He made a good impression on me. He knew what he was doing, wasn't pushy, and gave his opinion of what was supposed to be done.
He came back the next day to finish the work, and I was happy with it. Jennifer in the office is such a nice person to keep me informed. Some people say they'll be there and don't show up. My plumber wasn't there exactly on time, but I was kept informed. I was impressed with the company and service. They did what I needed, and I would call them again.
