I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. because my toilet was over-flushing. They answered right away and a technician came to my home within an hour of my call. He was very friendly, professional, and courteous. He told me he could fix the problem but that a fix would cost just as much replacing the unit. He was very patient and clearly explained the plumbing problem to me. He had a new toilet in his truck so he was able to install it as soon as I agreed to the replacement. I appreciated the prompt service I received and recommend Arnold & Sons Plumbing Htg. to anyone.
