Review content:
It was Friday morning and our water heater had died and we couldn't get any hot water, and we could smell gas because the gas ignitor had gone out. I called one plumber and the gentleman couldn't come out until Monday. I found an ad for Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating in the phone book and called them. The woman I spoke to asked if she could call me back, to see if she could find someone to come out for me, she was super nice and listened to me. She got right back to me and let me know that they could send someone out by 5pm.
It was more like 3pm when the man arrived. He was a smart and very nice young man. He showed me how to reignite the heater and cleaned around the filter area for me. He figured out that there wasn't a gas leak, but there was a drain leak. So he had to get the part for that and couldn't fix it until Monday. Which was fine, because it was a little thing that could wait, at least he'd fixed our hot water issue.
I was so pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely use their services again in the future!
