Review content:
I realized I had a leaky hot water heater. When I called Arnold & Sons he said they could come later in the day. I pleaded with them and they rearranged their schedule. An hour later they had someone at my home to look at the hot water heater.
He found the problem and had a replacement hot water heater waiting in his truck. He explained that there were a few other small problems. I liked his professionalism and his analysis of the problem. A few hours later he was done and he cleaned up after himself. They also gave me a senior citizen price reduction. I have a few other things that need fixing and I will be calling them soon to come and work on those.
