Review content:
Today we woke up to our furnace not working, we called and got an appointment for today at 10 a.m. for a service call. We figured out what the issue was before the tech got here. We called back and since we had an appointment for next week already scheduled, they decided to take that appointment today, which was fine with us.
The technician came, put on his boot covers, and took off the cover to the furnace and checked the electrical connections, the voltages, and Amps., on many things inside, and alerted us to a number of preventative maintenance things we could do to extend the life of our furnace, filter, and blower.
We signed up for the service program starting today, and extending out for a year after that. We also asked the tech to schedule a on-site estimate for future cooling options for our home. Hicham was willing to answer many, if not all of our questions, and even try to explain the answers in simpler terms, if he felt we were not quite getting the point, or the explanation.
