Review content:
Rafael and Matthew replaced our flexible ducting from our AC/Heating unit to the vents in our house. The work that they did and needed to do, to accomplish that job, was in a dirty and confining space. They both tackled and completed the job quickly and very professionally.
Rafael is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and a VERY good teacher (role model).
Matthew, from our perception, is newer to this field; but is very willing to listen, learn and also is patient and helpful.
The most important qualities that we liked and admired about them was their positive attitudes, patience of answering our questions and the most important was their POSITIVE PEOPLE SKILLS.
Recent interactions with other service type of people, the other people were rude, short of patience, and they treated us as being very ignorant people, which we are NOT.
We definitely would recommend both of these young men for future service for us and for others.
