I had a Mercedes 300E that needed repairs. Took to Dunn's to try out versus Zimbrick. Jeff was friendly and got the repair done. I drove to Watertown from Madison for business and the repaired part was installed improperly and left me stranded. I called and they paid to tow it back to Middleton. They kept the car for a week, gave me a beat up loaner car with no AC in the middle of July. Jeff was unapologetic and said his mechanics work in the heat all day, and you can expect mistakes. Those were his words! I could not believe it. I never went back. I had heard good things before I went, but this is my experience with Dunn's and it was not good.
