I will never purchase from Rooms to go again. We bought a five piece couch set and a rug. When I signed their digital signature pad for the mastercard purchase they applied my signature to multiple pages of documents indicating that I had agreed to terms of the sale that had not been disclosed to me prior to signing and I was not told my digital signature would be used in this way. After the furniture was delivered we found that the rug was too big and would not fit in the room. In spite of our large purchase they flat out refused to allow any kind of return or exchange of the rug for a smaller size. Once they have your money they could care less what you think of them as a company. They will never get another dime of my money.
Pros: Decent quality products
Cons: Lousy customer service
