Can't say enough good things about the the team at Tomball Ford. The internet sales manager, was friendly, honest, and professional. Second new car bought from Tomball and I would certainly buy from them again. \r

I was able to browse the lot via the internet and locate the vehicle I was interested in. Contacted the Internet department via email and they responded within a half an hour of my inquiry. I was offered what was, in my opinion, a very reasonable, no-nonsense offer for the vehicle that was compatible with data from edmunds. They were responsive to my follow up questions and was patient while I made my decision. Made an appointment and when we arrived the vehicle was at the front door waiting for us to inspect and test drive. Everything was in order and as expected. Everyone at Tomball Ford treated us with courtesy and respect and there were no high pressure tactics. I would strongly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
