I would rather pay a dollar more (which isn't always the case most times it's only the things everyone knows the price of that's cheaper, they make their money up on everything else) then have to spend time looking for someone to help me find an item then they don't have a clue what I'm talking about so I roam the store until I find it myself (if it's in stock) then get to stand in the forever long only check out line.... If I have to go to Home Depot it's no fun. I've certainly found that the smaller local businesses have always had what I'm looking for and they're very knowledgeable as well I don't have to spend an hour for one item!
