Window Department 6/8/2009

I have to comment on the Sales Representative for the Window/Door department at the Lakeline Location. Ed, helped my husband and I with choosing our door and other questions we had. His service was beyond and above the normal! I would recommend anyone requiring assistance in that department to contact Ed. When he said the store would contact us, they did. His customer service was commendable! He is a valued employee to the store! more

Horrible Disgusting Service, No Checkers, and Incredible Idiocy. 12/22/2007

This is my experience at both the Cedar Park and Lakeline Home Depots which I have been to at least 100 times. If you ever try to call them its nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone ever, secondly you can Never find anyone in there too help you and if you do go to Customer Service I always have to wait in the aisle for 15 minutes or more before someone finally comes over, then you are lucky if you get a good answer to your question. After all that if you are lucky enough to find what your looking for you have to do self checkout because they are trying to faze out the checkers, their inventory is pretty good but thats about it. more

I can never get help and waste a great deal of time 4/22/2007

I would rather pay a dollar more (which isn't always the case most times it's only the things everyone knows the price of that's cheaper, they make their money up on everything else) then have to spend time looking for someone to help me find an item then they don't have a clue what I'm talking about so I roam the store until I find it myself (if it's in stock) then get to stand in the forever long only check out line.... If I have to go to Home Depot it's no fun. I've certainly found that the smaller local businesses have always had what I'm looking for and they're very knowledgeable as well I don't have to spend an hour for one item! more

Who doesn't love the Home Depot? 6/9/2005

I could spend my entire paycheck in this place every month. They have been able to help me on many, many projects and have had just about every item I have every been in the market to purchase. Great selection. Great prices. Great employees. Lots of good locations. Can't beat the HD! PROS: Great selection, people, prices, locations. CONS: Need more floor staff available for questions. more
