Would give them 0 stars if possible...The previous family's review outlines some of our own experiences that we had with Joe Lamb Realty. When we left the OBX last summer, we realized three things 1- they are rude, 2- they are condescending and 3- we will never rent from them again. \r

In the end, they tried to blame the owner of the home for everything that was wrong, but in reality it was Joe Lamb Jr Realty who were the ones to blame. The home we rented was for all intensive purposes brand new, since it had been recently remodeled, but it appeared that it hadn't been cleaned all summer. \r

Clearly this organization would never be able to operate their business in any other market other than a resort area. They MUST not have a business model that includes repeat renters.\r

Next year we will go back to who we have used in the past.
