Review content:
We purchased a bedroom set, mattress and leather recliner living room package in October 2010. When the furniture was delivered, the dresser and nightstand both had huge dings in the them. When the delivery people, who had NO regard for our home, brought in the loveseat they scraped both corners because they tried to squeeze it through a door. All because they wouldn't take our recommendation of going through the front door which was wider - they wanted to go the shortest distance. The pieces were replaced without any incident - finally. However, in reconciling and paying off our bill we found that they charged us on our charge account for the replaced pieces of furniture! We are now in dispute with Rooms To Go and on top of it, one of the living room tables has molding coming loose. I'm very unhappy with how we were treated especially during delivery when trash was left all over our home and to find the additional and incorrect charge. Would I ever shop at rooms to go again -
