Rooms To Go Furniture Store - North Point (Alpharetta)

We purchased a bedroom set, mattress and leather recliner living room package in October 2010. When the furniture was delivered, the dresser and nightstand both had huge dings in the them. When the delivery people, who had NO regard for our home, brought in the loveseat they scraped both corners because they tried to squeeze it through a door. All because they wouldn't take our recommendation of going through the front door which was wider - they wanted to go the shortest distance. The pieces were replaced without any incident - finally. However, in reconciling and paying off our bill we found that they charged us on our charge account for the replaced pieces of furniture! We are now in dispute with Rooms To Go and on top of it, one of the living room tables has molding coming loose. I'm very unhappy with how we were treated especially during delivery when trash was left all over our home and to find the additional and incorrect charge. Rooms To Go doesn't have the best furniture around, but its really not too bad of quality for these prices. The premise here is to buy the room, not just the individual pieces - hence the name Rooms To Go. You'll find that they'll cut you a deal if you buy the entire "set" which, like the family room set up for example, includes a sofa, chair, end table(s) and lamps. And they are flexible and will let you mix and match some of the pieces. more
