Review content:
Jace was a great salesman! The rest of the dealership has a lot lacking. Took them forever for them to pull a deal together. Granted there were some obstacles. Had to go to another dealer in Tri Cities who immediately put an amazing deal together to get CDJR of WW to get even close. If the other dealership had the car I wanted, I would have gone somewhere else. TPMS light was on during the test drive and was told the tires are probably cold. Ended up one of the tires only had 24 lbs of air in it.. And CDJR did nothing to check it when they delivered the car to me. My biggest complaint is that I left the dealership with 1/4 of a tank of gas. I have NEVER purchased a car, whether new or used, and not left with a full tank of gas! It cost me a whole $15 to fill the tank up. I was told by Ricky, a salesman who finally put the deal together, that if I come back on the next business day, they can probably give me a 1/2 of a tank of gas. To me, the dealership just didn't seem to care. Maybe this was just an odd experience and this isn't normal, but I won't go back to them or recommend them to anyone.
