The six month maintenance did not start off good because we were not aware that we had to purchase the filters before hand. Overall, we were quite happy with the fifty-one point maintenance provided by Lloyd. He was very professional, thorough and showed us all the work he was doing to our outside a/c compressor. He showed us where the filter was located in the air handler, and how to replace it once we have purchased the filter. He recommended a compressor saver and surge protection (outdoor) on our unit. He also offered to help with the filter if we had any problems. It is nice to deal with a company that calls before arriving and the technicians are qualified to do the job.
