I noticed that I had a parking light out and stopped in at Team 1 to inquire about getting it fixed. Since I was not in a rush and had some time to spare, I waited while they put a new one in. It turned out that the socket was bad, and they had to order one. It came in about 5 minutes after they made a phone call. The wait took about a half an hour even with the new part needing to be brought in. Ty did a wonderful job fielding phone calls and being very polite and professional during the very busy time that I was waiting in the office for my car to be fixed.
