Service 9/12/2016

Todd and staff very professional as usual, oil change and inspection on time as requested. Only issue is I would appreciate that all functions remain off after service( as they were when dropped off) i.e., radio and a/c off, oh and please remove the temporary floor mat. more

Honesty 9/5/2016

Was at an appointment, and my car would not start when I went to leave. Long story short, AAA showed up and figured out it wasn't the starter. He jumped my car and I drove it to Team One. I told Todd I thought it was the starter. Turns out it was just the battery. He could have easily said it was this and that and ran up the bill. I like Team One because they are Honest and hard working! more

Went in for an inspection and they found an exhaust issue with the resonator. Instead of replacing just the $100 part, they wanted to replace the entire exhaust system, the rest of which has no issue. Won't be going back there again. more

I walked in and ask them if they repaired air conditioning and they said yes and got me an appointment on Monday and they fix the problem . Was very appreciative of their prompt service and keeping me informed of what the problem was. Very nice people to work with. more
