Mr. Valenza is also doing business as SVC Contractors and replaced my mother's slate walkway on her large corner property with cement. The work was sloppy and the walkway started to stain and pit almost as soon as it dried. Close to one year later, it continues to deteriorate and now has developed a wave pattern in addition to all the stains and holes, the worst of which is right at her front entrance. After many calls, he showed up with a trowel and bucket of cement and his "repairs" only made matters worse. We gave him many opportunities to right this situation and he didn't and we are now suing him in small claims court so we can have the walkway torn up and redone properly by a reputable firm. Take all the negative reviews of his work on the Internet seriously!!
