Mr. Valenza is also doing business as SVC Contractors and replaced my mother's slate walkway on her large corner property with cement. The work was sloppy and the walkway started to stain and pit almost as soon as it dried. Close to one year later, it continues to deteriorate and now has developed a wave pattern in addition to all the stains and holes, the worst of which is right at her front entrance. After many calls, he showed up with a trowel and bucket of cement and his "repairs" only made matters worse. We gave him many opportunities to right this situation and he didn't and we are now suing him in small claims court so we can have the walkway torn up and redone properly by a reputable firm. Take all the negative reviews of his work on the Internet seriously!! more

He charged me 8 grand and then he told my wife ten grand. I payed him 10 grand and then he never removed the fence I had and then he wanted another 1000 to clean up when that was suppose to be included I ended up renting a dumpster my self. Sal is self centered and thinks he Is a god more

I paid them over $6000 to repair a leak from a balcony. Now I have 2 leaks and no money. They sent someone over with a little grout to fix it, and surprise it didnt work. So then Sal comes to my house and says "we did what you paid us for"???? Really? He then told me he will come back. I take the day off work and he never shows. I call him every day since and he won't return my calls. It seems I will have to sue him. more
