I've been a customer of Thermo Direct for years and everything has turned out well. I have nothing but raves for them because they are very responsible and caring. They kept my furnace going, then I moved into another place and they transferred the service there.
I've had a very good relationship with them in getting things done that need to be done. I couldn't ask for a better service from the servicepeople and the staff. When I call, I get nothing but respect and they are just really nice. My experience has been great. They are very helpful and bend over backwards to make sure that what needs to be taken care of is taken care of.
