Hires pretty good people and does good work. 5/20/2016

I recommend Thermo Direct every day. They fix my heater and my air conditioning and what's not to like about that? The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because I don't like giving the top number to anything unless it's plain out obvious. So, they are pretty good to me. I knew the owner from when he was knee-high to a grasshopper and between me and his dad, we finally talked into going into business and he does do well. He seems to hire some pretty good people and that's in my book real good and real important. I like the idea of having one person messing with my mess and not a brand new person every time somebody has to come over. it's good. Frriendly, polite and showed up on time. I'nn continue using them. 5/9/2016

Thermo Direct came to do some work for me when my AC stopped working. They didn't do a lot, I think they just had to do some quick fixes to the box and we also purchased some air conditioners from them, I think about 3 years ago. They were friendly and polite and they showed up on time so I will continue using them even now that my husband has passed away. more

Prompt, available and provide good service. 4/29/2016

We call Thermo Direct to do work in many of our buildings. We've used them a few times and are usually satisfied because they are very prompt, they usually make them themselves available right away. That's really important for us because we have a business and we need to make sure our tenants feel that they are taken care of. They are professional, timely and provide good service so I'm sure well continue using them. more

They give good service and I've had no problems 4/21/2016

I have been working with ThermoDirect for 25 years or more and they do what they say. I like Derrick, who is a good technician. He takes care of business, he's on time and I like everything about him. There are no problems at all and it is very good to make an appointment. They fixed my furnace and did two heating and air cleanings and got it ready for the winter and the summer. more

Very polite and knowledgeable 4/1/2016

I was remodeling my house and the guys over at Thermo Direct were the ones who installed my air conditioning and heating crossover system. These guys did a very good job and my system is working really well. The people who helped me choose out the system and the guys who installed it were all very polite and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process very easy for me. They really care about the quality of their work as they did a follow up about a month after installing to make sure everything was working properly and that I was getting maximum effectiveness. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants a new heating or cooling system put in. more
