We reached out to 128 Plumbing when the heating system in my parents' house went down. I was unable to be on sight when repairs needed to be done, but 128 Plumbing's staff was very kind and understanding. They returned my phone calls quickly, escalated my concerns promptly, and kindly educated me on everything that was going on in terms of the repair project. The work was very thorough and neatly done.
Particularly, Leslie, Ellen, and Lori were always so kind and friendly. Tim, the project manager was always very helpful and never seemed annoyed with my questions, which must have sounded extremely remedial to him given my lack of knowledge of heating systems.
One night there was an emergency when the furnace switched itself off again, but 128 Plumbing to the rescue; within an hour a tech was at my parents' house. He showed my Dad all of the circuit breakers and gave him some tips for future reference. He showed my Dad how to use the newly installed thermostat. He was also very kind to my Dad. He also took a minute to give me an update while I stayed on the phone with my Dad the entire time.
